Community Visits

Whilst visiting Zambia, it’s important to take a day to meet the vibrant people and unique communities of Zambia in the African bush. Most of the lodges in Zambia provide support for local schools, employment and charity, but they also offer visits to cultural villages and surrounding areas allowing you to immerse yourself in Zambian life.

Take a life changing visit to a traditional village to discover how the local people live, learn about their day to day routines, their roles within the village and learn about the traditional huts that date back centuries.

There are plenty of ways of supporting local villages yourself, so be sure to ask at your lodge about how you can get involved.
