Fishing on the Zambezi river is a delight and can be enjoyed throughout the year, but best enjoyed between April and November.
Places to experience Spa & Relaxation
Lower Zambezi is still relatively undeveloped, with it’s beauty lying in its wilderness state. The diversity of animals is not as wide as the other big parks, but the opportunities to get close to game, wandering in and out of the Zambezi channels are spectacular.
South Luangwa has been dubbed by experts as one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world, and with good reason. The concentration of animals around the Luangwa River, and its oxbow lagoons, is among the most intense in Africa.
Zambia's Other Experiences
Zambia is one of the best safari destinations in Africa, and most of the desirable animals are relatively easily seen. South Luangwa, Lower Zambezi and Kafue are especially good for leopard sightings, whereas wild dog and cheetah sightings are more rare.

With a total human population of 13 million, Zambia is sparsely populated with more than 70 ethnic groups, many of them Bantu-speaking. Zambia's ethnic diversity results in rich and colourful cultures, each upheld and celebrated uniquely in remembrance of their ancestral age.
